ha no i'm sorry.. not really any specific sites.. but
if you promote yourself locally by performing in local battle of the bands, or maybe arranging gigs with either just your band or maybe some other bands you will start to get a much bigger following than if you promote yourself purely basd on the internet. people need to connect with you and concerts will be the best way to do this.
however if you already have all the internet things u metioned i really dont think you need anymore thats great advertising just keep getting people to go on your site and get there friends to go on it too!! i still think a myspace profile is best because the majority of people use myspace and havent heard of some of those other site.
