go to fileden.com, sign up for an account and upload your songs (mp3's). then google "myspace mp3 player", there are several, pick out the one you like best, and follow the instructions there. usually you just cut and paste the URL into the form on the mp3 player website. that will generate a code for your myspace page you then copy and paste into your profile.
